How does the reservation and pickup process work?
After receiving your inquiry, we discuss your travel plans and recommend appropriate vehicles. Once confirmed, we arrange delivery to your preferred location within the greater Taipei area for day rentals, or airport pickup for longer journeys. All necessary documents, GPS navigation, and orientation are provided at handover. The process is designed to be seamless and respectful of your time.
What insurance coverage is included?
Comprehensive insurance is included with all rentals, covering collision damage, theft protection, and third-party liability. This provides peace of mind during your travels across Taiwan. Additional coverage options are available if desired. We explain all coverage details clearly before you depart.
Can I arrange one-way rentals or extend my rental period?
Yes, our Glaze Trail Multi-Day and Kiln Master Weekly packages support different pickup and return locations, allowing you to design touring itineraries without backtracking. If you wish to extend your rental beyond the original agreement, we accommodate requests whenever vehicle availability permits. Simply contact us during your rental period.
What support is available during my rental?
English-speaking support is available throughout your rental period. We provide 24-hour roadside assistance, guidance on routes and destinations, and help with any questions that arise. For Kiln Master Weekly rentals, a personal travel planning assistant is included to help refine your itinerary and make recommendations based on your interests.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We recommend reserving at least one week ahead to ensure vehicle availability, particularly during peak travel seasons such as spring and autumn. For specific vehicle models or during major holidays, earlier booking is appreciated. However, we will always do our best to accommodate shorter-notice requests when possible.
